It's a great share Phil! We never hear similar genuine stories from asset managers although they close funds all the time. And I was surprised from the content side as well that the Private/BREIT story that sounded so huge to me didn't interest many people.
But you're definitely onto something, REITs are hard to navigate people should seek your expertise! And the good thing about the real money business is that you just need to be the favourite of a few accounts!
